1. I feel a bit intimidated by the words “Boot Camp”, as it reminds me of intense/strict military training, is your program similar to that?

Our program has different levels of intensity depending on the experience and goals of the individual. Even though our program is based upon the Military’s boot camp style of training, we do NOT yell or scream at our clients. If you feel that you cannot complete an exercise, then take a break. We do not want anyone to leave discouraged, but rather encouraged to come back and keep making progress. We encourage and empower our clients to be the best they can be and to always finish strong.

2. What if I have no previous exercise experience, is this the right program for me?

Yes. We have different levels of intensity and can match our programs to best suit your needs.

3. What happens if I can’t make it to one of my sessions after I purchase a membership?

With prior notification to The San Diego Boot Camp instructor you can make up the missed session.

4. If I simply “no show” do I lose my session?

Yes. If you choose not to show up or give prior notice for an absence, your session will be forfeited. You are purchasing a program, not individual sessions. You pay to show up, it costs you to skip!

5. If I purchase a membership for a certain number of sessions per week, can I go to any session each week or do I need to specify which days I plan to come?

Yes, you can go to any session during the week.

………………………………………………………………………………………………….

6. If I recruit new members, can I get a free class?

We always encourage our clients to share their commitment to the program with friends. For every friend that signs up for a program, you will receive a free week of sessions.

7. If I purchase a “buddy package”, do my buddy and I need to come to the same classes?

No you do not have to but it is recommended. Accountability helps a great deal in sticking to the program and going with a friend, spouse, child or parent will help a great deal in accomplishing your goals.

………………………………………………………………………………………………….

8. What if I have a pre-existing condition that prevents me from doing some of the exercises (i.e. bad knees or stiff joints)?

We will run an assessment of your individual fitness levels upon signing up for a program. If you experience any pain or major discomfort, we can and will modify all exercises so that they are pain free.

………………………………………………………………………………………………….

9. On average, how many calories are burned during a 1 hour class?

Anywhere from 700-1200 an hour depending on the amount of effort put into the session. Remember, you get out of it what you put in to it!

………………………………………………………………………………………………….

10. What kinds of results can I expect after 1 month?

You can expect to lose anywhere from 5-20lbs in a month. We have had clients lose 10% body fat and 15 inches in a month!

………………………………………………………………………………………………….

11. Will I get personal attention if I am using the wrong form during an exercise?

Yes. All of our instructors are taught to correct any form mistakes so that you won’t get hurt and can maximize your time with us.
