We currently offer classes at 6:15am and 7:30am M-W-F Classes

Boot Camp-(60 minutes) A full body strength and conditioning class. The class consists of a ten minute warm up, followed by a number of different stations conducted in a circuit for a minute each. We use medicine balls, resistance bands, ladders, dumbbells, etc. The last 10 minutes are focused on cool down and stretching. This class is all you need to get and stay fit.

Bridal Boot CAmp/ Family rate

This program is held with our regular boot camp classes

  • 2 people for $549 (1mo)/ $1575 (3mo)/ $3000 (6mo)
  • Each additional person $250/ mo

 

Nutrition Crash Course- A 3 hour course on the fundamentals of nutrition. This course gives you the how and why to your diet. It is presented in an easy to understand format and lays the foundation for long term success with your fitness lifestyle. No fad diets, no starvation, just good sound advice and information you can use for a lifetime. This aspect of fitness is so important because you literally ARE what you eat. (3 hour class)    

1 ON 1 Personal Training- Personal training tailored for your goals and individual needs. Personal training is performed at World Gym,  3 blocks from Mission Bay. Personal training is a separate service offered by our trainers with a separate fee. (Sessions last 60 minutes)         www.san-diego-fitness.com
